Editorial Policy

Independence

The National Enquirer operates independently of all political parties, government bodies, and commercial interests. Our editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of newsworthiness and public interest.

Accuracy & Verification

All published content must be verified by at least two independent sources. We correct errors promptly and transparently. Rumour, speculation, and unverified claims are never presented as fact.

Fairness & Balance

We give all parties the opportunity to respond before publishing stories that may affect their reputation. We present multiple perspectives on contentious issues and clearly distinguish between news and opinion.

Sources & Confidentiality

We protect the identity of confidential sources. We do not publish the identity of victims of sexual crimes or minors in legal proceedings without appropriate consent.

Conflicts of Interest

Journalists and editors must declare any personal, financial, or political interests that may conflict with their work. Sponsored content is clearly labelled and editorially independent.
